No. CallRescue answers your business line after hours. Fire, medical, police, gas, or carbon-monoxide emergencies belong on 911 — hang up and dial it. We are not a public-safety answering point.

How do after-hours calls get to CallRescue?

Forward unanswered or after-hours calls from your business line (*71 / *61, or a PBX rule). We walk you through it during setup. Takes a few minutes with your carrier.

Will my customers know it is AI?

They hear your business name and a short recording notice. The agent is built to sound like a dispatcher — not a chatbot reading a script.

What if my on-call tech does not pick up?

We transfer the caller and text the ticket to the number you give us. Keep that number current. Same as any answering service: your tech still has to take the job.

Can I cancel?
